The Woolston Riverside Southampton regeneration scheme is kicked off with the demolition of the FOTC building."
The remediation was carried out by our partner contractor EDSR and the concrete crushing by K & B Crushers. This is the start of the Crest Nicholson / SEEDA long awaited regeneration of the historic site. Edmund Nuttall is the main contractor for the enabling works.

This building has been empty for some time and is past being re-usable. Target of 95% plus, for recycling materials from demolition. Our sister company K & B Crushers will process concrete, etc. for re-use on site.
