Following the serious fire in the 007 James Bond Studio at the Pinewood complex, Iver Heath, Hughes & Salvidge, acting as Principal Contractor for the fire damaged building, began the demolition of the one acre steel framed building.

The studio was replaced by a new one which needed to be ready for the James Bond 007 production "Casino Royale".
