Dwyer Asset Management acquired the Proctor and Gamble site with their architects, Feilden Clegg Bradley, obtained planning consent to redevelop the site for housing, offices, industrial units and a health centre. We were awarded the contract to demolish the existing buildings. The £600k contract was completed in 20 weeks. The demolition of the factory and two storey offices will produce over 1,500 tonnes of steel, which was recycled through a nearby recycling facility. Some 20,000 tonnes of concrete were crushed with the majority of it stockpiled for re-use on the new development. | ||||
