We regularly provide cost and programme advice at the feasibility stage of a development, changes in legislation for the safe disposal of hazardous and non hazardous waste now requires more detailed surveys of both the structure and the site, to determine the most economical solution.

We are able to organise these surveys to be carried out. Asbestos is one of the key areas requiring specialised surveying and reporting, before demolition can legally commence.

Demolition and site remediation are becoming more specialised, requiring us to provide and maintain the highest training standards for all our site teams and head office personnel.

In an ideal world, new developments would be constructed on undeveloped sites but with a finite land resource, brownfield development sites are in the majority.

We therefore will always endeavour to limit the impact demolition and site remediation may have on the viability of sites our clients are considering to redevelop.

We are committed to working with our clients through every stage of their project, providing advice on cost, programme, method, risk, environmental issues and site remediation and ensure that we undertake all our contracts efficiently and effectively, and maintain very demanding health and safety standards for every project we undertake.
